Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and transfers must be received in writing

Unless otherwise stated, the following cancellation terms apply.

For cancellations received prior to August 23, 2017, we will refund registration costs, less a $50 administrative fee. We are unable to grant refunds after August 23, 2017, but will gladly transfer your registration to a colleague if the request is made in writing to Anthony J. Jannetti, Inc., Neonatal Nurses Conference, East Holly Ave, Box 56, Pitman, NJ 08071-0056 or email your request to: neonatalreg@ajj.com Simply complete a registration form for the substitute attendee. Indicate in payment area the name of attendee you are replacing. Member and non member rates applicable.

To receive a refund, cancellation of your conference registration must be received in writing at the conference management firm, Anthony.J. Jannetti, Inc., East Holly Avenue, Box 56, Pitman, NJ 08071. or email: apnc@ajj.com

If applicable, ANN membership portion is non refundable

Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after the conference.

If it becomes necessary to cancel the National Neonatal Nurses Conference for any reason, including labor strikes or natural disasters, liability shall be limited to a full refund of registration fees.
